Decibel Shield is run by APPSTACK LLC, the independent studio behind the Decibel Shield iOS sound meter. The site publishes free noise-measurement tools and open noise data with a strict data-honesty policy: every number is sourced, estimates are labelled as estimates, and corrections ship within a week.
